The Latino Arts Project proudly invites you to experience Celebrating PRIDE: Discovery to Defiance, a bold and dynamic exhibition that explores the power of identity, self-expression and defiance. Through the eyes of diverse contemporary artists, the exhibit reflects on the transformative journey of discovery and resilience.

Featured Artists:

• Jason Barrientos, a local photographer, presents his debut exhibition featuring a striking photo series that captures quiet yet powerful moments of defiance.

• Viola Delgado, Dallas College alumna, offers deeply reflective paintings that evoke silence, awareness, and internal dialogue.

• Ebony Lewis examines the pressures of societal expectations in her moving piece Give Me A Break, a call for recognition and rest.

• KevRon Madden, a current Cedar's Union cohort, makes a vibrant Dallas debut with electrifying portraits of Cowboys and a Cowgirl—each celebrating pride, resistance, and the spirit of Texas independence.

• Elith Roso, a Colorado based artist explores the fragility and strength of identity in his work ALMA!: Keeping My Head ON STRAIGHT, a raw portrayal of personal struggle and self-doubt.

• Armando Sebastian shares introspective works that delve into his personal journey of self-awareness and identity, marked by cultural richness and visual intensity.
